Office Manager, Riyadh / Head Office
Job Objective
To proactively manage the office operation to enable the office to operate efficiently in managing daily tasks of reception, inventory, logistics, and general office administrative tasks.
Education
Business Administration Diploma or similar education.
Experience
3-5 years of administrative or logistical expertise and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Administration: Prepare proper and timely Execution of the office administration tasks, and organise meetings and events. Carrying-out operational activities to minimise the amount of time spent by other team members on routine matters and enable them to focus on the key issues
- Correspondence: Act as the main point of contact for the office, especially with external parties and government agencies in terms of compliance, licenses, certifications, and others.
- Document Management: Maintain files and records.
- Facility Management: Supervise and direct the facility services team, such as cleaning services, kitchen services, and general maintenance.
- Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
- Business Meetings/Events Arrangement: Maintain appointment calendars and reserve meeting rooms following detailed instructions to arrange business meetings efficiently. Preparing, circulating and following up on action items and ensuring timely action by all relevant attendees and department heads.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: Organize your work schedule daily per changing priorities.
- Data Management: Use data management systems to access specific information when required.

Infrastructure and Network Manager, Riyadh / Head Office
Job Objective
As an infrastructure and network manager, you will manage the infrastructure, firewall, and network to create and redesign broad technical infrastructure and information systems that define how servers, networks, and storage systems work together to support the organisation's needs. This includes creating accounts, assigning licenses, and managing Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics365. You must document the current state architecture, design the ideal one, and develop plans and solutions to deploy new solutions that meet emerging business needs.
Education
University degree in Computer Science/ any other computer field.

Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Infrastructure and Network Development and Maintenance: Design and select medium complexity storage, data centre, network, and client/server environments to design solutions aligned with industry best practices and provide a third-line escalation point for appropriate global infrastructure solutions.
- Enterprise Architecture: Maintain an agreed set of enterprise architecture artefacts.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization: Participate in developing architecture blueprints for related systems.
- Business Requirements Identification: Support collection of business requirements using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to express needs clearly and succinctly.
- Leadership and Direction: Explain the local action plan to support team members in understanding what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organisation's strategy, mission, and vision.
- Information Security: Implement required security measures such as firewalls or message encryption and monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
- Operational Compliance: Identity, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organisation's policies and procedures and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Budgeting: Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
